DIGITAL POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products being digital, we only provide refunds under exceptional circumstances according to the Commerce Commission under New Zealand Law.​

 

We cannot provide refunds under the following circumstances:​

  • you simply change your mind

  • you thought the product was printed instead of digital

  • the products did not contain content you liked

  • you did not cooperate with us in solving downloading and viewing issues

  • you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem

  • a problem with a service that was completely outside of the business’ control.

If you would like a refund, please notify us at livingbooktimelines@gmail.com with your contact details and reasons for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY

 

If the printed posters you ordered arrived damaged, please contact us (livingbooktimelines@gmail.com) and we can discuss a replacement or full refund.
